Hi, I’m Sommer, founder of TimeWell Partners.

I’ve spent the last decade as an Executive Assistant, and I’ve seen how easily the demands of running a business can consume your time, energy, and focus.  I’ve seen firsthand the pace, the pressure, and the constant balancing act of trying to grow a business while keeping everything else in life running smoothly.

Throughout the years, I’ve managed airplanes, launched brands, and coordinated complex calendars. I’ve built business processes and luncheon table themes. But, I’ve learned that it all comes down to helping people reclaim their time so they can show up in their lives, for the people and things they care about, in the way they hope to.

I started TimeWell Partners to help entrepreneurs and small business owners use their time well. I believe that when your time, systems, and support are aligned, you show up differently, with more focus, creativity, and ease.
